At Bellerose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
